We run projects
On request/ hourWe run your website as a project: a monthly plan, tasks for developers, checks before release and an hours report. We respond to an outage within 2 business hours and keep working until it is fixed, evenings and weekends included.
Start with a trial periodTasks and questions go to the project chat. Every request becomes a task with an estimate and a deadline.
A response within 2 business hours, a status update every hour and work until it is fixed. A root cause analysis by email within two business days.
What we do next month and in how many hours, agreed by the 28th.
The week’s results and next week’s plan. Task estimates in hours together with the team.
For developers, a tester, a content manager: yours or ours.
A tester or the project manager checks the result before you see it.
Weekly and monthly reports, an hours breakdown for the monthly statement. The monthly report lists outages: when they were reported, answered and fixed.
We warn you when 50, 75 and 90% of the month’s hours are used. Beyond the limit only with your consent.
Up to an hour, free of charge. Which websites, what they are built on, who edits them now and what hurts. We agree what counts as an outage and who accepts the work.
We say whether we take it on and send a contract for the trial month.
Contract, access to the hosting and the website admin, the first plan. Billed for hours worked, with a 20-hour limit.
What we did and where the hours went. If we continue, a package of hours and a plan for next month.
A package costs less per hour than paying for hours worked, because the month’s hours are paid in advance: that reserves the team’s time, the project manager’s and the specialists’, if they are involved. In the trial month you pay only for the hours worked. Specialists’ hours (developer, tester, content manager) are billed separately and shown as a separate line in the report. Outage work outside business hours is billed at double rate, unless the outage was caused by our work.
We take requests on business days from 9:00 to 18:00 Moscow time (UTC+3). We respond to an outage within 2 business hours and keep working until it is fixed, evenings and weekends included. To a task or question, within a business day: whether the task is accepted, an estimate and a deadline. The reply comes from the person who will do the work, not an autoresponder.
The website, or a feature through which you get orders, requests, bookings or payments, doesn’t work for users. A typo or a misaligned block is not an outage but a task in the week’s plan. If in doubt, we treat it as an outage.
Not necessarily. Fixed means you have stopped losing money: we rolled back the last change, switched off the broken feature or restored the website from a backup. We look for the cause and remove it during business hours, and two business days later we send an analysis: what happened and how to keep it from happening again.
Outside business hours we work only on outages, and those hours are billed at double rate. If the outage was caused by our work, for example the latest release, there is no double rate.
We check that the cause is there, contact the service’s support if we have access to it, and tell you what has been done and what we are waiting for. We are not responsible for how quickly third-party services recover.
Yes. The project manager assigns tasks to your team and checks the result. If you have no team, we pick one for the task, and their hours are billed separately.
