How the order came to us

The developer was looking for a cheaper contractor than its previous one and was referred to an agency we work with. The developer’s websites are built on Webflow; the agency has no such specialists, and the websites are outside its focus anyway. The agency kept the contract and the money and handed requests, the team, deadlines and reports to us.

How tasks come in

There is no work plan for the month ahead. Different people on the client’s side post tasks in a shared chat, mostly in Russian, sometimes in English. Someone asks to replace an apartment photo, someone to build a restaurant page in a new design or embed booking on a hotel website. The first message often doesn’t make clear what is needed, and we clarify in the same chat before passing the task to a developer.

We had a call with the client once, at the start. After that we talked in the chat and sent a report once a month, and from December 2025 a short weekly task report was added. There are no regular team meetings either: until a request arrives, there is nothing to plan. One developer runs a task, and the second picks it up if the first is busy or needs help.

What we did

The hotel website had the most large tasks: an events calendar, restaurant pages in the new design, special offers, a press section. Other websites gained pages for a new hotel, a commercial space rental section, pages for investors and about residency, and 360° tours of apartments. We embedded online room booking on two hotel websites.

The rest of the time went to small changes: replace a photo, hide a sold apartment, change a phone number, update a brochure. They need almost as much management as large tasks, because a fifteen-minute change still has to be clarified, assigned and checked. In the end, management took 24% of all hours.

Guides and the limit

The client changes some of the content on their own. For that we wrote twelve guides to the websites and their complex sections: what can be edited right in the editor, where the press release and event collections are, how to fill in links in three languages.

The work is billed by the hour, with about 13 hours planned per month. When the volume approaches the limit, we warn the agency and the client, and the client decides whether to continue this month or move the work to the next. We almost never had to stop work.

The new corporate website

In autumn 2025 the developer ordered a new multilingual corporate website on WordPress; the design was already in hand. On November 14 we handed over a test website with a short guide, and changes from its comments ran until December 30. On February 12, 2026 the website launched and went straight into support along with the other six.
