Privacy notice

This is a plain-English summary of how fitch.team handles personal data. The legally binding documents are in Russian: the Privacy Policy and the Consent to personal data processing. If this summary and those documents differ, the Russian documents apply.

Who we are

The data controller is Roman Sergeevich Smirnov, a sole proprietor registered in Russia (OGRNIP 323745600000572, INN 744919182006), Chelyabinsk. Fitchteam is his trading name. Contact: hello@fitchteam.ru.

What we collect

  • The contact form. Your name, one contact (phone, email or Telegram), what you tell us about the task and your consent tick. Nothing else.
  • Yandex Metrica, only if you accept cookies. Cookies, your IP address, the pages you visit and what you do on them, including a session recording. The form fields are excluded from the recording. Until you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, the counter does not load at all.

We don’t collect payment details, documents or location, and the site has no user accounts.

Why

  • To answer your request and prepare a quote.
  • To count visits and see how the site is used, if you accepted cookies.

We don’t send newsletters or advertising, and we don’t sell or share your data for marketing.

Where it is stored

  • The form is received by our own server at Selectel in Russia and sent by email to our mailbox at Yandex 360. The server doesn’t keep the contents of requests in its logs.
  • Metrica data is stored by Yandex.

We don’t transfer personal data outside Russia.

How long

A request from the form is kept until we sign a contract. If there is no contract, we delete it 12 months after the last message.

When you send the form, you tick the box to consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to hello@fitchteam.ru. We will then delete your data, unless Russian law requires or allows us to keep it.

To change your cookie choice, use the “Cookies” link at the bottom of any page. If you decline, Metrica stops loading from the next page on.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct, block or delete it, and complain to the Russian data protection authority, Roskomnadzor. Write to hello@fitchteam.ru.

A project management office starts with two trial months, billed for the hours actually worked. Price on request: we’ll quote once we have read your request or your Telegram message.
Project management audit
The audit is 20 hours of work, a report and a roadmap. If you decide to implement the changes, we go in stages. Price on request: we’ll quote once we have read your request or your Telegram message.
Website support
Website support is billed by the hour, and the first month can be a trial of up to 20 hours. Contractors’ hours appear as a separate line in the report. Price on request: we’ll quote once we have read your request or your Telegram message.
Business processes
We map processes in stages. Price on request: we’ll quote the first stage once we have read your request or your Telegram message, and the second one after the first.
Project rescue
We start with a project audit: 10 hours, 5 business days. After that we work by the hour. We don’t guarantee a turnaround. Price on request: we’ll quote once we have read your request or your Telegram message.
