We bring order
On requestper stageWe describe how the company’s processes actually run: maps in BPMN, VAD or EPC and a list of problems. Then, if you decide, target processes and procedures. The price of each stage is fixed before the work starts.
Map your processesFor each process: where work stalls, which step has no owner or deadline.
With process owners and participants: how the work actually runs, not how the org chart says.
VAD for the big picture, BPMN or EPC for detailed maps: by role, with branches and the systems participants work in.
How it should be, in stage two, if you decide to continue.
Who does what, by when and with what result, also in stage two.
Each stage ends with your decision on whether to continue. Stage two comes only after stage one.
If you are an agency or an integrator, we map your client’s processes on your behalf.
Up to an hour, free of charge. You tell us what business problem you are solving and which processes to map.
Which processes, who owns them, how many people take part, what is already documented.
An estimate in hours and a fixed price for stage one. The first payment is due when the contract is signed.
Interviews, maps and a list of problems. Afterwards you decide whether we go on to stage two.
The stage price is an estimate in hours based on the brief, and it is fixed in the proposal. The first payment is due when the contract is signed. If the estimate turns out short along the way, we’ll tell you before the hours run out.
As-is process maps in BPMN, VAD or EPC and a list of problems for each process. From them you decide whether you need stage two, target processes and procedures, or hand the maps to an integrator for automation.
The stage price is an estimate in hours based on the brief, quoted on request. For reference: six as-is processes of a precast concrete plant were mapped in 15 hours including meetings. The timeline depends on how quickly your managers find time for interviews.
No, we don’t sell system implementation. The maps and procedures are a ready brief for an integrator: at the concrete plant, the integrator received the maps and did the procedures and automation itself.
Yes. We work on behalf of your agency: your client sees us as your team, and the contract and payments stay with you. That is how the concrete plant’s processes were mapped. Details are on the For agencies page.
No. We look at the process, not at people: the list of problems is about steps, deadlines and handoffs, not about who works badly.
