We run projects
On requestaudit priceThe project has missed its deadline or budget, the client is unhappy, the contractor keeps disappearing. In five business days we work out what is really going on, propose ways out and tell you whether we will run the project from here.
Tell us about the projectFinish, renegotiate scope or timeline, or stop the project, with an hours estimate. Stopping is a legitimate conclusion too.
The contract, specs, what is accepted and what is left, the history of changes.
Plan against actuals, hard dates, penalties in the contract with the client.
How much has been spent and how much is left, debts to contractors.
Who is working and who has disappeared; who holds the code, repositories, accounts and rights to the result.
What they know, what they expect, who decides and how far the conflict has gone.
We say plainly whether we will run the project from here and how many hours it needs.
By the hour, with a weekly report and early risk warnings, as in project management.
What was promised to the client, how much has been spent, who does the work, who holds the access. From the answers we decide whether to go into an audit.
Full access to the contract, specs, tracker and correspondence, a talk with the team. Paid in full upfront.
A picture across five areas, ways out and our answer on whether we take it on. You choose which way to go.
By the hour, with a weekly report. Either side can leave with short notice.
If we bring specialists into the project, their hours are billed separately. A technical code audit is paid separately, at the contractor’s rate.
No. There is no guaranteed outcome: not the timeline, not the budget, not the relationship with the client. We promise what we do in any service: an honest picture, a plan, a weekly report and early risk warnings.
If the code, access or documents are unavailable; if the client isn’t ready to revisit scope or timeline; if specialists are needed and we can’t assemble them in time; if the matter is heading to court; if a financial guarantee that we will solve every problem is required; if the contract has penalties on the agency; if we are not given authority to change contractors and talk to the client directly.
Until we see the contract, tracker and correspondence, neither we nor you know what a way out of the crisis costs or whether there is one. The audit answers that in five business days, including with “it’s not worth taking on”.
You keep the picture across five areas and the ways out: with them you can run the project yourself or go to another contractor. Only the audit is paid.
Not by default. A technical audit is paid separately, done with our contractor rather than your current developer, so the assessment is independent. It is possible if a contractor with the right specialization is free.
If needed, yes, on your behalf. Without the right to talk to the client and change contractors we don’t take it on: hard decisions can’t be made without authority. We won’t work with your clients behind your back.
