We work remotely during business hours. We don’t work on the client’s premises, don’t provide 24/7 on-call cover and don’t hand over specialists without a project manager.

Who runs the projects
Projects are run by the founder, Roman Smirnov. Since 2006 he has launched and run projects of all kinds: websites and digital products, esports tournaments, startups, departments and processes in an IT company. The rules we work by come from there.

Own projects
Esports teams and tournaments, news websites and an in-house content management system, a web studio, startups and an online store. He sold, built teams and ran the projects himself.
That is why we understand agencies that have more projects than people.

Fitchteam has operated since January 2023, based in Chelyabinsk, Russia. There is no permanent staff: specialists work under contracts with the agency.
