A Fitchteam project office manager and, if we run the projects, project managers we bring in, with their hours as a separate line at their rate. We bring in specialists (developers, testers, analysts) for the task, and their hours are billed separately.

Over two months we agree together on areas of responsibility, success metrics and a reporting system. Both months are billed for hours worked, and at the end you decide whether to continue with a package.
No, profit stays with you: you decide the prices and contracts with your clients. We are responsible for you seeing it in time: we keep the financial plan, send a portfolio report with budget and profitability for each project every week, and if a project goes into the red, we warn you at once and suggest options.
