Trial monthA package costs less per hour than paying for hours worked, because the month’s hours are paid in advance. In the trial month you pay only for the hours worked. If we bring specialists into the project (developers, a tester, an analyst), their hours are billed separately. The task tracker and subscriptions for the project are included in the package.

Can you work with our developers?
Yes. The project manager assigns tasks to your team. If you have no team, we pick one for the task, and their hours are billed separately.
Are you responsible for the deadline and the budget?
We are responsible for management and reporting: the plan, risks, an honest picture every week. Decisions and money stay with you. You hear about a risk of slipping before it happens, together with a plan for what we do.
What happens after the trial month?
A short review meeting. If we continue, we choose a model: hours worked or a package of hours. If not, we part ways, and you pay only for the month’s hours.
Why isn’t the trial month priced like a package?
A package is paid in full in advance, even if fewer hours are used: that reserves the time of the project manager and of other specialists, if they are involved. For that predictability an hour in a package costs less. In the trial month you pay only for the hours worked, no more than 20.
Do you work on behalf of our agency?
Yes, the project manager works on behalf of the agency and, if needed, talks to your client. We never sign a contract with your client directly. Details are on the For agencies page.
Can you work in our office or at weekends?
No. We work remotely during business hours, don’t provide 24/7 on-call cover and don’t hand over specialists without a project manager.
