Built for the task

The project is run by a Fitchteam project manager, the agency’s founder. We bring in specialists for the task, each with a contract, an NDA and a transfer of rights to the result.

Hours go into time tracking the same day, and each entry has a task description.

    Trial month

    One project, up to 20 hours, you pay only for the hours worked. At the start we agree how we will judge the month.

    Review

    What worked and what didn’t. If we continue, we choose a payment model; if not, we part ways.

If you first need to understand what is going on: a project management audit, 20 hours over three weeks.

Estimate, plan, specs

Before the contract, a range based on similar projects. A detailed estimate and plan are already work: the first weeks of the trial month. Specs are written by a business analyst, billed separately.

Test assignment

We don’t do them. Instead there is a trial month with a 20-hour limit.

Are you an agency?

We run your clients’ projects on behalf of your agency. We never sign contracts with your clients directly, neither while working with you nor for 12 months after.

Website support

Business processes

Project rescue
