Founder

Twenty years in projects, from three sides

Roman opened the agency in 2023, and he has been running projects since 2006. For eight years they were his own projects: esports, websites and digital products, a web studio, startups and an online store. Then he spent two years as a web designer, followed by six years running projects as an employee.

At a product IT company he went from project manager to executive director, and at a digital agency he ran a project portfolio and headed the project office for six months. The rules Fitchteam works by come from there.

Mission and principles

We run the projects that nobody at the client can manage, so the client can focus on their business.

  • Every billed hour is a described entryEvery hour goes into time tracking the same day, and each statement comes with a breakdown.
  • Risks before they derailWe track the hour limit at 50, 75, 90 and 100%, with a forecast to the end of the scope.
  • Scope, timeline and budget only in writingAny change comes by email with a new estimate. A spoken “while you’re at it” doesn’t go into the plan.
  • We don’t promise results that aren’t oursRevenue, savings and launch dates can’t be backed up in advance. We answer for management and reporting.
  • We say upfront what we don’t doEvery service has a “not included” list. If the format doesn’t fit, better to know before the contract.
  • Case studies only with verified factsWe name the client with their consent; the other case studies are anonymous. Figures come from documents.

Project management audit

Website support
