A new website structure for New Horizons
New Horizons is a charity from Miass, Russia, that brings together parents of children with disabilities. In February 2025 I rebuilt the structure of its website: 15 tasks on the statement, two hours of work.

Where it started
The organization had a WordPress website, but its bank details, reports and charter documents sat on the same page as the team, and there were no sections for projects or partners.
What changed on the website
Only the chair remained on the “Our team” page. Bank details, reports and charter documents moved to their own pages in the same menu section. A “Completed projects” section appeared with pages for five projects, with photos and descriptions, and a four-page “Partners” section: government, grant makers, business and non-profits. On the new “Donate” page I placed a QR code for bank transfers to the organization’s account and highlighted its menu item in color.
Reports without a contractor
The organization publishes reports regularly, and there is no point in calling a contractor for each one. So I wrote a guide on how to upload a report file, copy its link and add a line to the “Reports” page, and trained a staff member to use it.
